I’m Randall Bowens—a lifelong athlete, strength coach, and founder of Level Up Strength & Performance. My journey into coaching began on the field, training alongside college football athletes where I experienced firsthand the impact of focused conditioning, structured movement, and team accountability. That’s where the spark was lit. I realized that great coaching isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about building people.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal State and a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification, I’ve spent over 20 years immersed in the world of human performance. My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the body isn’t a collection of isolated parts—it’s a continuum. Every system is connected. That means your training plan should reflect not just how you lift, but how you sleep, recover, eat, move, and think.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients from all walks of life—from seasoned athletes to working professionals looking to reclaim their strength and energy. What they all share is drive.
